About Us

TST provides a comprehensive, development-centered pathway for female athletes beginning at age eight and continuing through high school. Every stage of our programming is intentionally designed to advance individual technical ability, foster intelligent decision-making, and support growth within a strong, team-focused environment.

Futures

Our Futures program is designed for girls aged 8-12, helping them transition from recreational soccer to travel soccer. We emphasize technical skills such as passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting. Participants receive the same training as travel players without the weekend travel commitment. We also encourage girls to participate in various sports during their time in Futures to support their overall athletic growth.

U16-U18

Our High School Program is designed to guide athletes through the most demanding phase of their development, ensuring they are prepared for elite competition and, if desired, the collegiate game. Training places a strong emphasis on advanced technical sharpness—first touch under pressure, passing precision, ball security, and speed of play—paired with deeper tactical understanding across systems, roles, and game management moments.

Players work within a structured environment that supports growth in key developmental areas: positional awareness, decision-making speed, transitional play, pressing principles, and combination patterns. Strength, mobility, and injury-prevention elements are incorporated to support long-term athletic development.

U8-U12 Travel

The Rise Academy is the foundation of our U8–U12 Travel Program and is offered at no cost. This free program introduces players to high-quality technical training, essential movement skills, and the habits required for long-term success. Sessions emphasize ball mastery, dribbling, passing and receiving, agility, and coordination. Players develop confidence, creativity, and strong individual habits while learning to operate effectively within a team structure. The Rise Academy prepares athletes for more advanced challenges in the U13-U15 age groups.

U13-U15

As players transition out of the Rise Academy and the younger travel phase, we continue to focus on refining technical quality while introducing deeper tactical concepts. Athletes learn to apply their skills in game-like scenarios, understand positional responsibilities, and make faster, smarter decisions under pressure. This stage bridges foundational development with the expectations of elite competitive play.

Max Program

The MAX Program is a selective, high-performance pathway within TST, created for driven and ambitious girls who want to challenge themselves, accelerate their development, and reach their highest potential. This program provides a competitive, development-centered environment where players train four days per week in sessions designed to push the standards of focus, intensity, and quality. Training emphasizes technical precision and tactical understanding, helping players develop the tools and awareness needed to perform at a high level.

Beyond the training field, MAX teams represent TST’s most competitive platform, participating in elite showcase tournaments and events that provide players with valuable experience against top competition and exposure to college coaches.
