High School Travel Program
The High School Travel Program provides players with a competitive soccer environment built around continued development, meaningful competition, and opportunities beyond the traditional club season. Players compete in the N1 League while continuing to develop through TST's technical, positional, tactical, and sports performance training.
Whether a player's goal is to play college soccer, continue competing at a high level through high school, or simply become the best player she can be, the program provides an environment designed to help her take the next step.
Teams (starting Fall 2027)
The teams for the 2027-28 playing year are as follows:
U15
U15/U16
U16
U17
U19
N1 League Competition
TST High School teams compete in the N1 League, providing players with a competitive match schedule that complements our development-first approach. League matches are an extension of training. Our focus remains on helping players improve, understand the game, and apply what they are learning in meaningful competition.
Showcase Team Opportunities
Beginning Fall 2027, high school players will have the opportunity to be selected for TST Showcase Teams. Showcase Teams provide an additional competition pathway for players who want exposure to showcase environments and college coaches without making showcase events the focus of the entire travel program. Players will be grouped by graduation year when possible, and opportunities will be available for both players actively pursuing college soccer and players who simply want to experience a high-level showcase environment.
Sports Performance Training
High school players have access to sports performance training designed to complement their soccer development. Training focuses on qualities that help players perform on the field, including strength, speed, movement, agility, coordination, and injury prevention. Our goal is to help players become stronger, more resilient athletes while supporting the physical demands of high school and club soccer.
College Recruiting Assistance
For players interested in playing college soccer, TST provides guidance and support throughout the recruiting process. Players and families can receive assistance with identifying appropriate college programs, communicating with coaches, creating recruiting materials, navigating showcases, understanding the recruiting timeline, and developing an individual recruiting strategy. Our role is to help players better understand the process and provide them with the tools and opportunities to advocate for themselves.
A High School Program Built Around the Player
High school soccer should offer more than another schedule of practices and games.
TST combines:
-
N1 League competition
-
Technical, positional, and tactical training
-
Sports performance training
-
Showcase Team opportunities beginning Fall 2027
-
College recruiting assistance
-
Flexibility with players who participate in other sports
The result is a high school experience designed to meet players where they are and provide a pathway for wherever they want soccer to take them.
