TST National Showcase Teams give 8th-12th grade players the opportunity to compete in showcase environments against quality competition. The program is designed for players interested in pursuing college soccer, as well as players who want the opportunity to experience a high-level college showcase environment. Players can compete at major showcase events, challenge themselves against strong competition, and gain a better understanding of what the college recruiting environment looks like.

Players must apply to be considered for each event. Rosters are selected separately based on position, experience, and team needs. When possible, players will be grouped by graduation year to create teams with players at similar stages of their high school and recruiting experience.​​

Illinois Right to Play Act

​

Beginning in 2026, the Illinois Right to Play Act provides high school athletes with additional opportunities to participate in club events during their high school season. With approval from their school’s principal or athletic director, players may receive up to two waivers per school year to participate in non-school events without losing eligibility for their high school team.

This provides Illinois players with the opportunity to participate in select showcase events that take place during the spring high school season.
